Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) Hosts -> Create Hosts -> Ansible Roles tab, the switcher is present
2) Go to 'Host' tab, change value for any select that triggers form re-render (Organization, Location, Hostgroup, ...)
3) Go back to 'Ansible Roles' tab, switcher is gone
