After configuring discovery rule and host group, and booting a new bare metal blade, you click on the "discovered hosts" button on the discovery rule itself, you are brought to the host ready to be provisioned. You can clearly see the discovered host has an Organization and Location assigned, but when you click on provision the mini-page comes up with the available buttons to provision, but does NOT respond to clicks at all. I found a work around to MANUALLY assign the Organization and Location AGAIN to the discovered host, then the mini-page works just fine. It's very hard to describe, but easy to replicate the issue.
