It would be great if Foreman could have logic to place server on location of smart proxy used.
Scenario Katello.

How it works now:
You have locations x and y, each containing smart proxy.
Servers in x location subscribe over x smart proxy, servers in y location subscribe and use smart proxy in y location.
On Foreman side it will place servers in x location, no matter if they used x or y smart proxy, or are they in x or y location.
Location can be changed on Foreman or overridden in location.facts file on the server itself.

How it should work:

You have locations x and y, each containing smart proxy.
Servers in x location subscribe over x smart proxy, servers in y location subscribe and use smart proxy in y location.
Servers that subscribed over x location have their location set to x, servers that subscribed over y smart proxy have their location set to y.

Foreman should have global location settings with option "Inherit from smart proxy used" and "Use global defaults" as to not to break conf's of those that are fine with current situation.
Additionally, for other options used as well to be set to be default from smart proxy, not only global.
