Description

Create the ‘ContentViewExportHistory’ entity which hold the following attributes

id, server-name, content-view, version, description
This may be used for bookkeeping for incrementals
Add a hammer content-view version export-history
List content-views and versions and dates exported to a particular satellite.
List publish dates
