The 'Show experimental labs' setting now controls two things (as of https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/9189)

1. whether to display 'Lab Features' in the main nav bar
2. whether to display the Details tab on the new host detail page

Since #2 is now added, I think the description should be renamed 'Show experimental features.'
