Description

Actions::Katello::Repository::Create seems to be creating alternate content sources in Pulp if the cloned repositories are linked to products that are part of a simplified ACS.

To reproduce:
1) Create a simplified alternate content source with a product that has a repo
2) Publish a content view version with filters that uses that repo
3) Check the Dynflow tasks for newly created ACSs

I'm setting this to 4.6.0, but it could be 4.6.1.
