Lot of issues with French translations

Hello,
It seems that katello has a lot of issues with French translations, for example this translation means the exact opposite: https://github.com/Katello/katello/blob/master/engines/bastion_katello/app/assets/javascripts/bastion_katello/i18n/locale/fr.po#L1668 (I was wondering for half an hour why there was no new button to create a new product...)
In addition to that, new random strings are being added, for example: https://github.com/Katello/katello/commit/1ca7df748ad91a394570942ac8a3eff0b6fb332c#diff-e797eb36e4c382453534ff6383f07d53a8aead4b397b0698cc499930910ec4c1

Looking at the translations on transifex, it seems that all the problematic translations are coming from the same user

Thanks for reporting this. It took me a while to figure out exactly this string was.
Just so it doesn't get lost, we're talking about this string (I'm permalinking, since line numbers will change over time.):

Then in Transifex this is the bastion_katello project. The history tells me it was updated 3 years ago by aupadhye, who did release work in the past. He synced it in bulk from Red Hat's internal translation tool.
I have since taken this over, but still figuring some things out. Process wise I think I'm close, but the actual translations will rely on the community. I see you already updated it and with my limited French I can see it is correct, so I've marked it as reviewed. The best way forward would be to review all translations and update where needed. Then around release time (which is coming up VERY shortly, see https://community.theforeman.org/t/foreman-3-9-schedule-and-planning/34933) I can make sure it gets pulled back.

I did some corrections to the French translation, but I didn't review all the lines.
Is it a possibility to have some help from RH on this?
