Move HW Properties to Foreman

Description
The hardware properties card in the Host Details is part of Katello. I think, this should be moved to Foreman because these information is nice to have on a pure foreman, too.

- Target version changed from Katello 4.14.1 to Katello 4.15.0
Hey,
A lot of the facts on that page come from subscription-manager as well as other areas like puppet/ansible. Wouldn't moving the page to Foreman cause it to have less facts about a host in a pure Foreman environment? Also, I see a lot of work coming into Foreman to add individual facts into the reported_data_facet.
