Puppet Environments generated from content view version should not include content view id

Description
Currently generated puppet environments in foreman include the content view id such as:
Org_environment_content_view_3
We really don't need the id and it is confusing as is.

- Target version set to 45
- Difficulty set to trivial
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
- Target version deleted (
45)
- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 86
- Translation missing: en.field_release changed from 86 to 114

- Assignee set to Chris Roberts
- Target version changed from 163 to 169
- Target version changed from 169 to 160
