Do not require mongodb-server and postgresql-server in katello.spec
Description
katello rpm requires mongodb-server and postgresql-server,
but since we support external databases there is no need to install them

Not sure about MongoDB.

Katello 4.0 has dropped pulp 2 and mongo, so this issue is no longer relevant.
