Description

Set up:
+ CV1, CV2, CCV12 (composite cv w/ CV1 and CV2 in it)
+ publish two versions of all cvs
+ go to CV1 version 2.0
+ breadcrumb switch to CCV12
note that breadcrumb path is still set to CV1 though the correct final result is shown (CCV12 version 2.0)
