Description of problem:
Puppet 3 -> 4 upgrade do not migrate autosign entries
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Upgraded to puppetserver-2.8.0-1.el7sat.noarch
How reproducible:
1 of 1
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have Sat 6.3 default installation and configure autosigning for "*"
in default, internal capsule
2. Upgrade to Puppet 4 by enabling Puppet 4 repo and running:
satellite-installer --upgrade-puppet
3. Check Infrastructure -> Capsules -> <integrated_capsule> -> Puppet CA -> Autosign entries
Actual results:
Mine "*" is not there
Expected results:
That "*" should be there

- Project changed from Installer to Katello
- Subject changed from Puppet 3 -> 4 upgrade do not migrate autosign entries to Puppet 3 -> 4 upgrade do not migrate autosign entries
- Category set to Installer
- Found in Releases Katello 3.5.3 added
Moving to Katello since this hook isn't part of the foreman installer. I'm not sure if Katello 3.5 is still supported but in Katello 3.6 this hook was replaced by a Puppet 4 -> Puppet 5 upgrade.
