Description

1. Create a content view with a yum repo (i.e. zoo)
2. With a package inclusion filter
3. With a rule to include a noarch package of any version and any arch (i.e. walrus)
4. Publish the content view

Actual:

The published content view version has no rpm content

Expected:

The published content view version has all versions of the one package mentioned in the filter rule (i.e. walrus)
