Description

For the upcoming chef (and other config management tools including new facter) support we should support nested facts.

PoC is here Importing part is not very efficient and should be improved when Foreman core contains support for different importers (see https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/968). Also it may leverage ancestry.

STI and tree structure moved to foreman core see PR. Chef importing is in separate plugin. In combination with foreman-background PR it's supposed to be ready for testing.
