Description

In the Repositories tab of a Content View page the status of the repositories shown is set to "all" by default.
However, most of the time one wants to see only the repositories that have been added.

The default behaviour should be in the following way:

if a content view currently has no repositories, the repositories tab should show all available repositories by default (i.e. status defaults to "all")
if a content view already has some repositories the repositories tab should show only those by default (i.e. status defaults to "added")
