Smart variables tab in puppet class detail is dysfunctional

Description

It's impossible to add new variables in the smart variables tab on puppetclass detail page.

The vertical tabs with smart variables behave as one form. When one fills a value into a field on one tab it gets copied also to other ones. Click on "Add variable" clears values on all the tabs. Removing the tabs doesn't work too.
