Description

We no longer index YumMedataFiles, so they should be dropped completely from our system.

As well, we can remove calls to many_repository_associations: https://github.com/ianballou/katello/blob/87c45ae5a154facdc2edebd3108dd2c2d0ac9b6a/app/models/katello/concerns/pulp_database_unit.rb#L53
